Insurance companies may offer you repair facilities other than BodyWorks by MMI simply because we have chosen not to participate with their Direct Repair Program. If we are not participating with an insurance company's Direct Repair Program, just remember there must be a good reason we are not! Insurance companies may tell you that they will not guarantee the repairs if you do not use their Direct Repair Shop.
